The USBLN created the TOWER Initiative to be proactive in providing students with disabilities,as well as businesses, the tools on work and employment readiness necessary to meet the demands of employers.
Through the TOWER Initiative, the USBLN created this Toolkit to help employers include students with disabilities in new or existing internship programs.
