Webinar: Ending Youth Homelessness: Preliminary Intervention Model Webinar March 18, 2014 from 3:30 - 5:00 pm EST. Ending youth homelessness requires partnership and coordinated efforts in communities and at every level of government. USICH's Federal Framework to End Youth Homelessness is a resource text for dialogue and action toward ending youth homelessness together. The framework includes a Preliminary Intervention Model, designed to help communities identify the systems and capacity necessary to meet the needs of all youth experiencing homelessness.
