The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) accessibility website includes laws, regulations, and other resources on a number of different transportation issues that impact local, national, and international transit of people with disabilities. This includes requirements and guidance pertaining to air travel for people who use wheelchairs or scooters; resources for adaptive equipment to make vehicles accessible; mass transit requirements for people who are blind or have low-vision; resources for low-income procurement of vehicles; and other information.
